Team coaching is about engaging a team and creating collective change. Many organisations impose top down goals on teams based on the overall company strategy, if teams can translate these goals into their own language they become much more driven.

For many teams the goal is achieving accelerated performance outcomes or becoming the most value adding team in the organisation. ‍I’ve spent hundreds of hours first as a HR head and then as an external leadership coach working with Business Leaders/ Departmental Heads - understanding the relationships between and within teams, nature of conflicts, how to reduce it, help build trust, create openness, focussing on how people interact and communicate, finding an approach where there is collective accountability and shared benefit for everyone in the team.
